YAFN (Your Assistant For Now) is a personal assistant service that provides on-call personal assistants to people and businesses that sign up to our service as VIP clients. As a sales specialist, your primary responsibility is to establish VIP accounts with people and businesses within your local area and encourage them to use those accounts to get assistance with completing daily tasks, errands and activities. No task is too big or too small. We are looking for specialists who are results-oriented, competitive, ambitious, highly-driven, and motivated to prove they can be the best sales person in their local area.

YAFN is a grassroots organization. As such, sales specialists must be able to establish and maintain relationships to ensure customer needs are continuously met. You must be willing to enter the company on the ground level and demonstrate you have the ability to work your way to the top. As such, this position is based on 100% commission. Sales specialists are paid according to the following:

• 20% commission on monthly subscription fees associated with VIP accounts you establish
• Annual target of monthly subscriptions per year: 1,000+ Annual target pay: $84,000+ per year

• Establish monthly VIP subscription accounts through networking events, meetings, personal sales calls, cold calls, door-to-door sales, and emails
• Manage VIP accounts and provide VIP’s assistance booking and establishing relationships with YAFNs
• Provide VIP clients solutions to problems;
• Continually enhance selling skills, network reach, VIP list, and industry knowledge;
• Develop and maintain communication with new and current VIP accounts in order to facilitate YAFN interactions – serving as the primary point of contact for all VIP accounts under your list;
• Assist Operations and Administration departments with project organization and VIP/YAFN expectations;
• Assist Technical Support and YAFN/VIP communication.
